Battle Toad

This is a new in the box Black Label Balsa - Battle Toad - Custom Balsa Topwater Plopper. It weighs 1/2 oz. and has  a body length of 2 1/2".

The Battle Toad is built purposely in a way to help prevent the bait from spinning or laying on its side during the retrieve. This is a problem with so many other plopper style baits. The Black Label Battle Toad is a great topwater bait for covering lots of water in a short period of time but also can be stopped and twitched in place in high percentage areas of the cast.

The Black Label Balsa Battle Toad is handcrafted by 2013 Bassmaster Classic Champion, Cliff Pace, and offers a premium balsa wood construction and comes equipped with 2 black nickel Mustad 2 x strong EWG hooks.

Like all Black Label Baits, the Black Label Battle Toad is hand built by Bassmaster Classic Champion Cliff Pace. Since this bait is custom built and painted by hand there could be minor differences in the paint between one bait and another of the same type and color. So there could be a slight color variation from the bait pictured and the bait you receive.
